Department of Physics offers research opportunities in a variety of fields, ranging from experimental physics and astrophysics to theoretical and mathematical physics. Education & Traditions

Our department offers three graduate programs: M.S. in Physics, Ph.D. in Physics, and Integrated Ph.D. in Physics: you may find the curricilums of these programs here.

By the traditions of our department, each PhD candidate has to pass a Qualifying Exam as well; you may find the details of this exam along with sample questions in this page.
